WHAT TO EXPECT

Once you walk in you will be greeted by a smiling staff member who will check you in in one of our exam room. You will be promptly seen by one of Veterinarians. They will interact with you and examine the dogs. They may recommend some diagnostic tests, provide some treatment options or make some dietary recommendations. information as possible. As we all know our furry friends cant talk and tell us what is wrong with them. As care givers you can tell us a lot. We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient.
Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up. This will include a full physical exam, and will include teeth and gum cleaning if needed. When your pets vaccines and parasite control are due we will receive an email to remind you, please be sure that we have your correct contact information (email and phone number) on file. Our Veterinarians will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to AVH for service.
Please bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. If your pet has been to another vet before, please get the medical records emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 604 815 0059 It’s best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including behavioural shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. We can still work with whatever information you have.
In some circumstances, Dr. Grewal or Dr Arun will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
